The point of strength of Hotel Gabbiano is the catering service! The Chef, Antonietta Liverani, the wife of the owner, offers dishes ranging from the most genuine traditions of Romagna to the best national recipes. The fully air conditioned restaurant lounge is served with our dishes, with menus to select among 4 first courses and 3 second courses, where in one always has fish; the restaurant can fulfil any crave. To conclude, the service has abundant buffets of vegetables and side dishes, hot and cold. Moreover, we also offer menus dedicated for special needs due to dietary intolerances. An abundant buffet breakfast, sweet and salty with brioches, cakes, homemade sweets, jams of various types and honey, it all provides you with the right energy to begin the day. Evening parties are arranged periodically with live music and buffet dinner, whereas on the hotel’s gazebo fresh appetizers are served every day.
